This free application is a historical bse data software. This is simple and easy to use bse eod data downloader & converter. Using this you can download bse historical data,download eod & historical data,download free historical stock quotes and store historical stock prices.
This is written in java and requires jre1.6.0_01 or above. This application is targetted for windows based system only. It is not tested for *nix based systems. This application is written using eclipse IDE and installer created using fat jar plugin and NSIS.
You can download the installer after joining the group.

Double click bseDataDownloadersetup.exe this will install the application.
Whenever required you can un-install the application.
Step by step details for installation, un-installation and usage.
Double click the "bseDataDownloadersetup.exe" and click "Install" button.
Click "Install" button to start installation.
Click "Next" button to continue installation.
Click "Finish" button to finish installation.
The program gets installed in "C:\Program Files\bhavyait\bsedd". There are following files and directories created there "configuration", "plugins", "bsedd.exe", "uninstall.exe" and ".eclipseproduct".
In the start menu a group named bhavyait is created and in this group folder you can find "Run bseDataDownloader" to run the application and "Uninstall bseDataDownloader" to uninstall the application. Also a "workspace" directory is created which is used by eclipse rcp application.
When you click "Run bseDataDownloader" it will start the application.
bseDataDownloader application consists of three main views.
1. Download view
This is the main user interactin window. Here user can select various download options.
2. Console
This window shows logs of download process.
3. Browser
Browser display product related help and information.
Data gets downloaded to "C:\bhavyait\bsedata"
Data gets unzipped to "C:\bhavyait\bsedata\unzipped" if "Unzip download" option is selected.
Data gets grouped in "C:\bhavyait\bsedata\grouped" if any of "Group by ..." option is selected.
